Awesome Black and white sketching

This is an Architecture sketch I found on pinterest that I really like. As a future architect, I like to look at different sketches and drawing techniques. I generally find that straight forward black and white ones, can give a very sleek but informative look. I'm hoping that one day I can emulate work such as this in my future.
